A dix minutes à pieds de la gare, du centre ville ou de l'université de Chelmsford. Un établissement avec un déco classique. Grand Parking. Repas sur place possible. Le personnel est accueillant. »

« Magnifique endroit en pleine campagne, calme. Accueil très agréable, délicieux petit déjeuner à l’anglaise dans une salle à manger très belle. Très jolie chambre, petit bémol juste pour la literie un peu trop dur pour moi mais pour mon mari pas de souci. »

« No hot water in the rom »

« The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part! »

« The room was very clean and the bed had lovely sheets. The shower was very good. However the main problem was there was no place to have breakfast, I was informed of this on my way to the hotel! As we came by train we could not go and find a place for breakfast. Staff told us there was a cafe where we could eat 2 minutes up the road, it was not a cafe but a service station that sold hot pies. Some Travelodges do breakfast to go boxes which would have been acceptable. In the room there was...

« Everything was lovely and the front staff so very helpful. The only thing I would say about was the sound on the TV it was very muffled all the time no matter what we put it up to. « A notre grande surprise, la chambre ne possède ni salle de bain ni wc privatifs ce qui n'est précisé nulle part dans l'offre de réservation. il y a une salle de bain "familiale" (avec produits de douche entamés) sur le palier. l'entrée de l'hôtel se fait par un pub et si celui-ci est fermé, l'accès et la sortie de l'hôtel se fait par la porte de secours!!! la chambre est plutôt vieillotte avec une moquette abîmée. Le soir (et ce tous les soirs de la semaine a priori), un groupe de rock se prduit...
