The staff were friendly and good. The restaurent staff Neha, Shaik, Sameerina were excellent. There indian entertainment could be improved with Hindi songs singers also.

I hadn’t really researched The Trident more like a necessity find at 3am in the morning but I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. I have been fortunate in life to have travelled far and wide and have experienced many of the first class luxury brands. The Trident competes at every level and it was super convenient for my business meetings. The management and staff clearly love their work as it shines through. 5 nights of being looked after in comfort and style.

An excellent hotel overall
A short two day family trip and Trident excelled at every step. All the staff were polite and readily helpful. Excellent location and views from the high floor are themselves worth the stay. Go ahead and choose this hotel and am sure it will serve all your needs and even will exceed the expectations. Only downside is the traffic sound , even on a high floor and better soundproofing will help.

Overall pretty good, very clearn - excellent servi
Lobby is not the best layout and it would have been nice if there was a small gift shop on premise. the food was good but the restaurant capacity is small for the specialty restaurants.
