'Arrived at time advised which was 4pm. After having difficulty gaining entry to unit found unit had not been cleaned. Contacted agent who arranged cleaning but this required me vacating the premises for an hour and a half. As compensation I was offered late checkout on Sunday which would have been okay if it had fitted in with travel plans. Location great. Fitout comfortable.'
