    This home offers the utmost in relaxation and entertainment. On the main level, there is a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a large shower. The upstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, private bathroom with a large shower, access to the balcony with stunning mountain and park views, and a Roku TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a large closet while the bunk room includes two triple bunk beds that sleep six and a Roku TV. The upstairs loft is complete with a king-size sleeper sofa, Xbox and an old-school arcade game with 300 classic games to enjoy. The two-car garage is equipped with a ping pong table and a 65-inch TV for entertainment. The backyard is ready for barbecue fun with a hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating. It's the perfect spot for grilling and taking a private soak in the fenced-in yard.

Home was clean and comfortable, seating in the living room a little awarkard with sectional divided on each side of room - hard for the 5 of us to be comfortable watching movie at night. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed pickle ball court in early morning. Pool was nice but quite busy with kids so we just chilled at the house

The place was clean and conveniently located. The Kids liked the ping pong and Pickleball courts and the pool area was busy but really nice.

We loved our stay! The private hot tub was the perfect way to unwind, and the ping pong table added a fun touch. The location near Zion National Park made it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

The home was absolutely perfect for a group of seven. Plenty of space throughout the house, and access to the outdoor patio was great. Being able to use the pool was the perfect setup for it. Wouls definitely stay here again

Truly one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed. Great location for visiting Zion. Beautiful townhouse with everything you could possibly ask for. So much for our grandchildren to enjoy from the hot tub, to ping pong and putting green The complex pool area was fantastic. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Rental

Had a great time at this Vrbo. Clean, friendly, and within short driving distance of multiple stores and shops. Plenty for the kids to do when we weren’t out on the trails hiking. Would highly recommend and will likely be using this place again in the future.
