The check-in process was stressful and was not complete until a few hours before arrival. Hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone. I had to call, text and email to get any information. The location I thought was great and the amenities. Although it was unclear to me that the location was down the road from the blue colored condos in the picture. It was possible to walk to the pool which was our main reason to choose this place, but it was a far walk. It is also very limited on supplies on the house. There was only 4 garbage bags, 4 laundry pods along with dishwasher pods. If I am paying for a weeks stay and we have 5 people in the house that is not enough. I had to go buy these items and then throw away for the travel home. The bbq was also terrible. Super old and it was propped up on a rock to keep it level. On a good note I appreciated the pool towels that were left for us to use! It was beautiful inside and worked well for 2 families staying.
