Our vacation home is nestled in a private quiet (no loud parties please) H.O.A. community called "Cliff Dwellers". It is composed of south western style homes surrounded seasonably by snow capped mountains in the background. It is secluded yet close to shopping. We are located right across the street from the newest award winning P.G.A golf course, "Copper Rock".
In order to maintain the high standards of our neighborhood there are certain restrictions. No trailers are allowed to be on our property. They have to be stored off site. Available storage is close by.
We have the best of two world's. We are located half way between St. George (less than 20 miles) and Zion National Park (a little more than 20 miles). Acienda is located near the quaint town of Hurricane.

I am at awe. The home was clean and very relaxing in a beautiful private community. what an amazing place to stay. Ms Kathryn, the owner of the home is a sweet woman. She lives next door. Wish i can spend time with amazing people like her. I am sure shes got a ton of stories. I was admiring her decor and her house. I would definitely stay here again. One thing for all renters is that, keep the place clean and respect the property when done for the next guests. ENJOY!

Spectacular Home close to all hiking and exploring. Our stay was very comfortable and inviting. The Host provided us with great hiking trail maps and restaurants nearby. We will be back in the future to continue exploring and hiking Zion! Much Appreciated

Really lovely home, convenient to many sites we wanted to see (Zion, Snow Canyon, Coral Rocks), close to groceries and shops while being quiet and peaceful. Lovely views and cute bunnies and birds in back yard. Enjoyed the sauna. Very tidy and clean. Lovely hosts there to make sure you have all you need.

It’s exactly what you are searching for!

Stop scrolling for other stays, you found the right one! Beautiful views for your morning coffee or for that glass of vino at the end of the day! Everything is a short drive! Had some issues with our flight in to the area but our host was unbelievably understanding!! Thank you Ms K !! We will be back!

This place is a real gem, such a great place to stay while visiting Zion National Park. The house is so comfortable with southwestern architecture, interior design, landscaping. Home Away from Home

We checked off Utah from our bucket list and took our family on a once in a lifetime vacation. Our stay was so comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Super cozy, with AMAZING views and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent driving distance to numerous places to visit.

The house is very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic cliff views. It's close to everything and is well equipped for an extended visit. We were here for 2 weeks with dogs along and it was very comfortable, and Kathryn was a gracious and responsive host!

We spent the Christmas holidays and the accommodations were perfect! It is a great location for exploring the National and state parks, as well as skiing at Brian Head! The house is a little outdated, but hs everything you need. The only negative is that it really needs a good deep cleaning!

Lovely house outside of town

The house was lovely and our family (4 adults and two children) had a great time staying there. We enjoyed seeing all the stars in the night sky and watching the quails skitter around the yard in the morning. The house served as a good home base for visiting Zion and Red Reef Recreation Area (highly recommend this gem of a place). The owner was gracious and accommodating..

Zion Trip

My wife and I were looking for a home base while we visited Zion National Park for a week of hiking and sightseeing. This property looked perfect and in fact it was! It is a nice size home, very comfortably furnished, with all the amenities we needed. It is in a quiet little neighborhood about 5 minutes south of Hurricane was delightful. We met the owner, her son and daughter in law and they are most helpful. Thanks for everything and you have a beautiful place.

great place to stay

My husband and i really enjoyed our stay. Location couldn't have been more perfect. Lovely quiet and secluded neighborhood, but 10-15 min drive to town for supplies/groceries. With an extra pet fee the owner was kind enough to allow our 3 dogs to stay as well. The house does need a little TLC, maybe some new weather stripping around doors to keep the bugs out. But overall we loved it and would not hesitate to stay there again next year.

Making Memories

This home is fabulous! Our family celebrated our son's 30th birthday here. We found Lupitas for tacos and the Main Street Cafe for breakfast - even thrifted at the thrift store across the street and found treasures. We bought our son's cake at Lins and the icing was the trips to Zion. Just a 25 minute drive. At night we star gazed in the lovely backyard - which has a fantastic view. We saw shooting stars every night. The memories we made here are priceless. Thank you so much to Kathryn our gracious hostess!!
