The living room is warm and inviting, featuring comfortable seating arranged around a gas fireplace and large TV—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or the lake. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the surrounding mountain scenery, while direct access to the deck makes it easy to step outside and enjoy the fresh air.



The kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully laid out, offering everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading to Snowbasin or cooking dinner after a day at Pineview Reservoir, the space is both functional and welcoming. Bar seating and a nearby dining table provide plenty of room for gathering, sharing meals, or planning the next day’s adventures. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.



Just off the main living space, step outside onto the private deck where the experience truly comes to life. Take in the mountain and water views while soaking in the private hot tub, or simply relax with a drink as the sun sets over the valley. The deck is also accessible from the primary bedroom, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.



The primary suite is located on the main level and offers a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. With a king bed, walk-in closet, and direct deck access, it’s designed for both comfort and convenience. The ensuite bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity—providing plenty of space to relax and recharge.



Head downstairs to the lower level, where a second living area offers even more space to spread out and enjoy your stay. With ski-themed decor, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a TV, this level creates a cozy, casual atmosphere for relaxing. The lower level also includes two additional bedrooms, each designed for comfort. The first features a king bed with a queen trundle, making it a great option for families or extra guests, and includes its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers another king bed and is located near a full bathroom, providing privacy and flexibility for your group.



For added convenience, the home includes access to a one-car garage with space for skis, snowboards, and outdoor gear—making it easy to transition from adventure to relaxation in every season.
