We really loved this house. It met all our needs and then some. Very clean and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. We did need to contact the manager of this place and she responded immediately. Met one of the neighbors and she was very nice. We asked her for recommendations on eating places and loved the place (Titlted Hilton) she recommended. We hope to visit this place again.

My husband and I had a weekend anniversary stay and enjoyed our time at Indian Lake! We had an issue on check-in that the property manager was able to help us address. Overall the property is decent. I wouldn't say "amazing" like the other reviews, although it could be then house aging. The sun room was perfect for coffee and definitely the best room in the house. We didn't really use the rest of the house much so the sunroom was all we needed! The bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms had a shower that constantly dripped and had rust stains on the shower floor. Usually wouldn't be an issue except you could hear it dripping all night, so I recommend ear plugs. It looked like it had been dripping for quite a while so I didn't bother reaching out about it. Also the outdoor seating wasn't great, so you may want to bring your own fold up chair if you want to spend time outside! We definitely enjoyed the firepit and being so close to the water! This property is managed by a 3rd party (Evolve) and I think that adds a lot of fees to the price that I don't think were worth it, and communication is a bit more cumbersome. The nightly fee was fair, but to almost double the price in fees made the price not worth it once we saw the place in person. It did have the sunroom and firepit, the main things we were looking for, so we had a nice time!

The house was exactly as described, right on the lake in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Russel’s Point and Lakeview. Check-in info was provided well in advance. Property was nicely decorated and well maintained.

Weekend getaway
Place was gorgeous, it had everything you need to cook, beautiful view, love the covered sunroom to enjoy coffee, we actually ate breakfast, luncheon dinner in the sunroom and it was just great! We had our own because we booked the room last minute and didn’t even have time to read, but they even have air mattresses, games , enjoy the fire pit and bought wood at a local store very close by!

The house is lovely. It has a beautiful sun room across the entire width of the house. The sunroof looks directly out to the lake. Facilities are lovely with a lovely kitchen. The living room with TV is very comfortable, as are the two bedrooms, one with its own TV. The selection of channels is terrific, although a bit confusing to us. We were never able to figure out how to see live news shows. It is a streaming service, and we never got familiar with it. Given all that, the house deserved our 5-star rating.

Right on the water!!
We had an amazing time staying at this place!! We walked up to the water from the back door in about 5 seconds!! The extra room on the back was perfect for playing games while still being able to enjoy the water while it was cold outside!! We will stay here again!

Awesome location!
Overall the property was clean and well maintained. We were able to tie off our pontoon boat, which was a big plus. Lake needs some TLC. We would definitely consider booking again in the future.

Vacation Extraordinaire!
Such a beautiful place and what a view! The first morning we looked out over the lake and witnessed one of the best sunrises we ever saw. The cottage was in excellent shape, very clean throughout, well stocked and the decor was so quaint. The last day came and we really did not want to leave... A vacation we will never forget. Thanks to all for making this a fantastic 4 days!

The property should have been inspected before our stay. The water softener needed salt, the refrigerator needed a filter and the oven was dirty. The bathtub was a very slow drain and a couple of light bulbs needed replaced.

We had a great getaway for our anniversary! Despite the cold and gloomy weather, the view and location was still amazing. We'll definitely return. Communication with the hosts was outstanding and the property is just as listed.

Excellent Location and Beautiful View
We decided on a last minute getaway and were able to book this location. We were not disappointed. The house was very comfortable and charming. The owners were very kind and made sure we knew how to reach them (which we did not need to do, as everything went perfect). We had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed our short stay. We will definitely be back.
