« Staff was knowledgeable and kind »

« The room was over all clean- the housekeeper did a good job. But the deep cleaning wasn't done- the carpet, furniture and curtains were all stained with many stains and there was mildew on the silicone in the shower. The breakfast was great! We didn't have any problems with the staff. »

« Don't understand why they didn't place boxsprings under the mattress. Lying in the bed you can feel the center board of the bed frame. I hope they work on that. The solo beds here are far more comfy »

« Maid service was not good. We had to go to office on the 3rd day to get clean towels. Never made bed and didn’t empty trash. We took it out ourselves. Staff in office was great. »

« Jess is awesome! Everything about the stay was perfect. From check in details to actual check in and the stay. She is always reachable and always communicated all details of the stay. We stayed in the Trophy room and it was amazing. The view out the window and the aesthetic was perfect! Located minute's from every thing in bellefonte or a short drive away to some of the other attractions and state college. Can't wait to try some of the other rooms in the house! Definitely will be back!...
