Property was well stocked with paper products, kitchen items and bath towels etc. Overall the property was very nice. As the weather was cold we did not open the "garage" door or take advantage of the outside area. In warm weather it would be a great place to hang out. Large parking area. Close to Patoka Lake. 'There was lots of room for our family to spread out, easy check in, and conveniently located near Holiday World. I was concerned that some of the bar stools and kitchen chairs would break while sitting on them due to wear. The outdoor grill did not work, so we couldn’t grill out. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.'

'Loved everything about it. Don’t think it’s going to be fancy, but it’s good for sure. If you stay at places often you know that in cabins and houses the hosts will often leave stuff that guests buy like foil, ziplock gas, coffee, dried creamer. Odds and ends. Do not expect that here, though. So if you want something you better buy it and take it with you. But everything was clean and in working order.'
