The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future.'

'This hotel is gorgeous. The rooms & Art are a delight for the senses. The location was amazing- we were visiting USF, and it was a great walking distance from campus. We were able to check out the Haight and Golden Gate Park on foot from the hotel. We stayed at many hotels on our California trip, and a couple things stood out about the Metro- it is bare bones as far as amenities go. There’s a restaurant next door and a nice bakery on the corner, but the hotel doesn’t offer much in the way of...

'We enjoyed our stay at casa loma. The accommodation is in a older building. So you can hear everybody moving talking etc. Not a big problem for us. And the room was very small. But it was clean. Bed was good too. The receptionist lady was very kind. And helped us out a lot of times. So if you are in San Francisco and Need a good place to stay casa loma is recommended'

'Have stayed is several of the small and cheap shared bathroom places in San Francisco this was clearly the best maintained and clean. The room was clean and well put together, the bathrooms were clean, and available. No elevator. Parking is the biggest problem. I got lucky on a side street but it is very tricky between Market Sreet having no parking from 2am-4am and most of the side streets being pretty parked up. Great access to BART and Street Cars.'

'We arrived in the hotel with a bit of a problem, as our luggage was lost on our way to San Francisco. The hotel manager, Steve, was incredibly helpful and kind to us. He even offered us his phone so we could call the airline. The hotel itself is OK. The room is quite small and the bathroom facilities are to be shared with other guests. Everything was clean and tidy however. We didn’t experience any noise or trouble. The only downside is the location of the hotel, as it’s right in the center of...
