'Great location for going to the beach, kayak to bioluminescent bay, 30 minutes to el yunque forest, 30 minutes to ferry to go to vieques/culebra island. Minor inconvenience was shower curtain non functional , water would be everywhere in bathroom after shower, sink drain was very slow. Otherwise a wonderful stay.'

'We had a great time during our last minute trip to PR. We made the reservation a couple of days prior to arriving and Jay had everything set up with us. The instructions were clear and he gave great recommendations on where to eat and visit. So many things happened on our trip. The power went out in the island and the water as well. Jay put so much effort into making sure our AC unit was connected to his back up generator.'

'I would like to say that this was an amazing stay ! The house was clean the neighbors were friendly and it was such a comfortable space and setting. There was a smoking are for smokers which was helpful especially on vacation. They provided pots , pans, and some seasoning and coffee. We did not use much of the stuff provided in the house because we were always out. Also wanted to add that if you’re a couple with two kids or less you could stay here very affordable and they have a very nice futon...

'There was some conflicting information in the listing, but the unit was nice and met our needs. Anyone visiting Puerto Rico needs to know that power outages are common and may affect water supply as well. There were at least 3 outages while we stayed there and the first one was long and affected the water supply. That's a P.R. issue though, not an issue with the unit, and the owner communicated with me well during the first outage. The other 2 outages happened when we were at the pool or off...

'Our stay here was amazing. I love that this is a safe apartment complex with what seems like its own private beach. I have never been to such an amazing beach. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small convenience store just outside the gates along with a few places to eat. Walmart is only 20 minutes away. 'Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed the view each morning whilst drinking our morning coffee. The condo was clean and might just need some upkeep. Check in was super easy and we appreciated the condo security. There is some feedback for the host. 'The home was as described, sleeper couches in living room were uncomfortable for longterm sitting, but home was over all nice, the neighbors decided night time was the time to work on cars, rev motors and do doughnuts in the street and keep you awake half the night!
