« Sylvia was an amazing host; was super sweet with all her response's, knowledgeable of the area and continuously checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.The area was safe in a gated community with lots of parking offering 24/7 surveillance. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Bed was comfortable, AC was cold and showers were warm. I recommend this property who offers a home away from home. »

« From the moment you open the door this place was a dream. Beautiful view, the sound of waves, clean and including anything you would need. The owner was responsive and kind. The rental was close to everything we wanted…El Yunque rainforest is 15 minutes away, 40 minutes to old San Juan, and beautiful beaches and amazing food EVERYWHERE in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back. »

« The place is right near the beach you can walk there, There is a grocery store, gas station, bank and restaurants near by. Place is clean it has a pool, beach chairs, cooler, towels, bed sheets for your use. Nice balcony, people are friendly and is quiet . The transaction with the owner was easy with all the instructions for getting in at the gate. I rented this place 3 times and it was great . »

« This place was cozy and felt like a home away from home. The owner was very attentive when needed. The view was beautiful and the sound of the waves crashing. Unfortunately we couldn’t swim due to the seaweed at the time (July) and the large waves, but we planned separate excursions and beach trips nearby. »

« We loved our stay in this apartment. It was bright, clean and comfortable with a constant breeze. The view was fabulous!! This apartment is at the end of the building with a corner balcony facing the most beautiful long natural stretch of beach that we’d ever seen. There is also a great view from the bedroom. The town has suffered from the hurricanes, but we found some good restaurants - La Parilla (the best in Los Kioscos), Ernestina’s, and Sama, and most nights we brought food home to enjoy...
