'The staff were really helpful and kind, helping me to arrange things with minimal Spanish. The only challenge was the even with the hot water tap turned up full, the water was still too cold to shower in. My arrival was late at night so the hotel may have run out with other rooms having showers before me.'

'This was a great location close enough to the center of town to walk, but nice and quiet at the hotel. I missed my flight and needed to let them know, getting in touch was a bit challenging, but it all worked out. Very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds. They held my luggage for 8 days, arranged transportation, etc. I would stay here again.'

'Such a lovely hotel.Such caring and helpful staff.They let us stay all day in our room on our check out day as we had a night bus to take at 10pm.There was no charge and the manager came with us to the bus station to help translate and get us on the right bus as our Spanish is not great.'

'It is a budget hotel thru and thru. There is only wi-fi in the lobby. No wifi in the rooms. They only provide face towels. So bring your own towels is a must.'
