'Sue was lovely. The hut was cute and cosy. Sue had left us milk tea coffee sugar wine biccys and she other essentials. It was a very sweet touch.The hot tub was amazing. 'Absolutely beautiful little cottage! Perfect for what we wanted and fully enclosed garden for our little dog! Nice and roomy for the two of us who fancied a few days seeing the sights of York. Shower nice and powerful and location lovely and quiet but not too far from local shops and restaurants. Very clean and tidy upon arrival! Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you!'

'3rd time at Bennys. Such a comfortable house, extremely clean and warm. Village has one shop, a chippy and a pub. Only 10 min walk from the Wetlands, which is great for my, birdwatching hubby. Bathroom downstairs. All amenities are easy to use. Very relaxing for us in our 70s. Communication from Cottages.com is excellent.Highly recommended.'

'This lodge exceeded our expectations. It was honestly beautiful. The décor was lovely, the lake view from the garden space was spot on. The grounds itself was so peaceful and the staff we encountered was so friendly. No faults from us. We cant wait to return!'

'Great studio close to the station, quiet, and a quick walk into city centre. Good restaurants on the next street, close to the wall if you want to walk. Bed was comfortable, shower good, and washer easy to use. 100% would stay again.'

'We had a really lovely time staying at Hudson 5. The property is beautifully decorated and feels very welcoming as soon as you arrive. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was also a big plus, being so close to the centre and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Overall we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.'

'Wren provided us ample space and comfort for our 3 night stay. We really enjoyed our stay. On arrival at the cottage we found a welcome basket with teas, coffee, hot chocolates, biscuits and even a couple of small bottles of wine as well as a bottle of milk in the fridge. A lovely touch. As I was unpacking the car one of the property owners from the nearby property came over to welcome us and check everything was ok and told us the they had already lit the hot tub and it should be ready for us...
