The home was in the middle of the ghetto. Dogs and rosters barking all day and running the streets without a leash. The host keep on changing the code to the door then wouldn’t answer the phone when I called him to get the correct code again. I had a four bedroom house and they only had two face towels. I had to call Vrbo to communicate with host. I left after the first day of staying there and had to go get a hotel room. The host Irene and Patrick were very disrespectful when speaking with them on the phone and refuse to return the money for my remanding stay. It was a horrible experience. Please don’t stay in this property.

Beautiful home! It was exactly what we needed for our trip. The rooftop patio was just amazing! Kids loved the hot tub. We have family staying by the hospital so this house was in a great location for them to come join us for Christmas. The host was great with responding quick about any questions I had! Would definitely look into getting this house again.

The place was great! Host was attentive! No issues, just normal wear and tear. Great place for large groups with an amazing view of Houston! 10pm noise ordinance on the roof top, which is the city of Houston not the host. We still were able to have some time in the hot tub. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed it for. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of room to relax.

The house was very clean. Very unique. Very modern. Host was very responsive. This house is perfect for a large group. We are a nine member family. We celebrated Thanksgiving here. The house had everything we needed to cook the family feast. We loved playing pool, celebrating each other‘s accomplishments. Spending time on the rooftop terrace overlooking the beautiful Houston skyline. The second floor is a nice open floor plan with a balcony. There’s a two car garage. It’s a convenient location.

This was a perfect start for our group. Highly recommend if you're in The Houston area. 5 minutes from Downtown and a easy Uber over. 25 minutes from IAH. Home also has a garage for 2 cars and driveway parking for 2 more which was very convenient for us to park there and Uber to where we wanted to go and avoid parking fees and finding a spot!

Birthday weekend

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Austin was amazing and made sure we were taken great care of. The AC unit froze during our stay which was the day before Easter and Austin made sure it was take care of immediately, especially seeing as the following day was a holiday and it would likely be impossible to find a handy man. The house was beautiful, the neighborhood quiet and the location was prime, literally within 15-20 minutes from all of our scheduled activities. The balcony with the jacuzzi was fun for us to hang out play games and all be together comfortably, The only “negative” was the fact that there were no full length mirrors for us to check out our outfits. I would 100% book this home again.

The property itself is very nice and clean. We did not get to spend a lot of time on the rooftop terrace because of quiet hours but it looked nice! Solid parking for 4 vehicles. The area isn’t the best, but we never felt unsafe. Really solid option for parties of 8-12. Check-in was very smooth!

Modern, updated, and in a super convenient location.

Listing is exactly as described—very spacious and in an amazing location.There’s a bit of foot traffic in the area, which is expected in renovated neighborhoods near downtown. We never felt unsafe, but it's still good to stay aware of your surroundings.Plenty of space for large groups. The bunk beds are larger queen-sized frames, so they're comfortable for adults as well.The only thing to note is the need to keep noise levels down at night, especially on the rooftop. As a very large group, we would have liked to spend more time gathered near the hot tub in the night time, but were warned to keep the volume low, which limited how much we used that space. But we had no issues. Overall, a great stay—modern, updated, and in a super convenient location.

Htown Getaway

I was visiting friends and family during; and this gem hit the mark. Great location to access all point in the Houston area. The rooftop really is spectacular; the views, layout, and hot tub makes it a prime gathering point. The large kitchen and living room area is great for cooking, breaking bread together, shoot some pool while watching the game and having a beer is perfect for friend s and family. The area is up and coming; close to UofH, the light railway, and theirs a Shipleys down the road…very important if you love donuts and kolaches. Overall 5star all the way.

Bach in Houston

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a bachelorette weekend at this property in Houston, and I must say it exceeded expectations. The location is ideal, with convenient access to a variety of restaurants, bars, and local attractions. The layout of the house is thoughtfully designed, and the interior décor is truly exceptional. The hosts were highly responsive and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. UH Game Day

We went to see my daughter and catch a UH football game. The location in regards to the university is PERFFECT! The neighborhood is very mixed but we had 0 issues. We used street parking, driveway and garage parking and all three areas worked out great! The house was big enough for our large group to hang out but also gave us our own space at night. The teens enjoyed it(17-19yrs), the kids had fun on the balconies and the bunk beds (5-6yrs), and us adults had plenty of space and nice views! We would definitely rent this place again even for a smaller group.
