The Space:
The home has 6 bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms ( 1 in the 1st floor, .5 in the 2nd, and 2 in the 3rd), each equipped with a comfortable beds , private balconies, and en suite bathrooms stocked with all your toiletry needs. After a long day, take a soak in the jacuzzi tub located in the primary retreat. The home's sleeping arrangement are as follows:

- Bedroom 2 King (3rd floor)
- Bedroom 3 Queen (3rd floor)
- Bedroom 4 twin over twin bunk bed (this room is attached to the master room) (3dr floor)
- Bedroom 5 Queen ( this room will open only four groups over 8 sleepers) (2nd floor)
- Bedroom 6 Queen or a queen bunk bed ( this room will open only four groups over 10 sleepers) (2nd floor)

This beautiful house can host up to 16 Guests spending the night. The garage has been converted into an amazing cinema room to enjoy with friends and family.

Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! You will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local H-E-B just 1 mile away!

- PET FRIENDLY STAY -

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -

Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.

- ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS

The 5th and 6th bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.

- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

- NO INDOOR SMOKING -

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

- POOL -
Pool lights out of service

Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The landscaper goes once a week.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

Please note our fireplace in the master bedroom is not active at the moment. Please refrain from any use of it.

Our storage is in the backyard of the house, we might need to go there once every other day but we will let you know beforehand.
