Bel hôtel dans un endroit calme et une belle vue sur le golf de Clear Lake. Petit déjeuner avec bcp de fruit mais qui pourrait être plus varié. Personnel avenant. Belle carte pour le souper et bonne nourriture. Très bel endroit.

The staff and service were outstanding. Very friendly people and quick to communicate. The grounds could use some work as some of the exterior is in disrepair and could use some replacement. The couches in the suite were very stained and need a deep clean. However, I truly appreciated the impeccable service, professionalism, and friendly staff. I did not have even one bad experience with the staff they were all fantastic.

The entry and the front desk area were lovely. Our room, however, had torn, worn carpet, and broken drawers. The room was a real disappointment. The bed was comfortable, which was the saving grace of the stay.

The property is not fully Hilton yet IMO. The room itself is neat, but, the bathroom is still shabby with outdated fittings.

Very handily placed for the Space Centre, Hobby airport and cruises out of Galveston. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The common areas look great but the decor and general state of the bedrooms is very old and tired looking and in need of update.

This hotel needs to be remodeled or tore down. There was mold in our room, the base boards are just placed against the wall, and the elevators are past due for their safety inspections. Bathtub had mold and rust and someone attempted to caulk around it but it is still visible. Door frame was rotted and rusted out, chairs were filthy and the furniture has been partied on. There was no control over the hotel at all, dogs barking way past 1030 at night. Room was not serviced until after 3pm and that was because we called for more towels.

Hotel is very old and not kept updated. Janitorial items were super cheap quality, bathroom is very small, bathroom’s fan didn’t work, carpet has an old and dusty smell. The restaurant was sadly very poor quality food. Staff were attentive but they looked overworked. I will never want to stay in this hotel again. I was very disappointed!

Terrible - the beds are tiny and everything is very old and run down. There's not wifi unless you sign up for something for 7 days and if you want faster wifi it's money each day. Worst of all- although the hot water worked in the sink it would not work at all in the shower in rm 922. I waited for 10 minutes trying to get hot water with my husband coming in to try as well and it wouldn't get warm, and the tub kept filling up even though the drain was open. It was obviously plugged up somewhere and black bits were floating in it. It was disgusting. Then I grabbed a towel and there were long black hairs on it. Gross. Came out of the shower dirtier than when I went in.

Use to be Better!
We have stayed at this property about 3 times. We love the bar area and I room was clean it just needs some major updates to it. The reason for our stay is we are on the way to Galveston to get on a cruise ship. When we got off the ship a week later the weather was stormy and we thought we would go back and stay another night, until we walked in the lobby and there were many leaks in the ceiling, several buckets catching the rain. I went to the restroom and they had towels and buckets catching the rain in there also, which made the bathroom smell sour. Hopefully they will have some repairs and update the rooms so we can stay here on our next cruise out of Galveston TX. Until then I will find a different hotel.

the restrooms were dirty, especially the toilet. Old bath towels, dirty old carpet. No phone charging stations anywhere, unless you brought the cube with you.

A lot of space, super comfy beds. We had a leak in the windows due to rain, Hilton made out like they didn’t know about it, based upon the carpet rotting, concrete swelling and mould it’s been happening for sometime. We noted it and nothing happened. Next morning the toilet blocked due to a faulty valve, the night team didn’t even have access to a plunger as I offered to fix it. Amazing location to NASA however in serious need of a refurb.
