St. Zane Lofts (Unit A & Unit B) – Two side-by-side, 3-bedroom, 2-bath lofts with soaring 18-foot ceilings, marble-tiled bathrooms, and interiors inspired by the desert-modern aesthetic of Southwest Arizona. Each unit has its own full kitchen, open living space, and private entry, making them ideal for families, friends, or business retreats.

In an effort to keep everyone and everything safe, please review and agree to the following before booking:

Check-In / Check-Out

* Check-In: 4:00 PM or later (instructions provided prior to arrival)
* Check-Out: 11:00 AM sharp

Events & Guests

* Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted. No unauthorized parties or events.
* Unauthorized guests will incur a per-person fine.
* Approved events must be arranged in advance, with additional fees and deposits paid prior to stay.

Parking

* Maximum of 10 vehicles permitted: 8 inside the gated driveways and 2 on the street.

Pool (Heaven in Houston only)

* 5 ft. deep – no lifeguard on duty. Swim responsibly.
* Pool heating must be requested at least 24 hours prior to check-in (seasonal availability; fee refundable if heating is not operational).

Smoking

* No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises.

---

Bugs

* Insects (flies, ants, mosquitoes, etc.) are inevitable in outdoor spaces. We conduct regular pest control inside and outside to maintain comfort and cleanliness.

Cleanliness

* Use white/black towels as suggested to avoid stains (fees apply for unremovable stains: \$60 for bodily fluids, \$20 if trash is left unbagged at checkout).
* Please return any moved furniture to its original position.
* Guests are responsible for damages or missing items, including wall décor.

Lockouts

* Guests are responsible for locksmith costs if re-entry is required.

---

Pets

* Pets are welcome but must be added to your reservation.
* No pets on furniture or left unattended.
* Do not use kitchen bowls for pets.
* Clean up after your pet.

Violation of House Rules

* Violations will incur additional fees as listed in our welcome booklet and online listing.
