'We love our stay at Welkam. The room was nice and spacious, the style was a cozy mix of modern and old. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower, and the included breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, and sweet bread that hit the spot before leaving. Great value, overall!'

'Vila Mery was a very comfortable place complete with a restaurant and a spa. We added an additional night and had to change rooms. Both were great! The owner was great at check-in. It was a little farther walk to town than I had believed, but that was OK too'

'Vo vilkách sme boli už druhýkrát a určite nie naposledy. Vilky sú milé, čisté, útulné, dobre vybavené a je to výborné východiskové miesto pre výlety po Tatrách. A aj keď sme neboli autom, je to v pešej dostupnosti od autobusu aj TEŽ. Určite odporúčame všetkým, ktorí uprednostnia takéto príjemné súkromné vilky pred veľkými hotelmi. Čoskoro prídeme opäť :-)'

'Hotel is gedateerd en de WiFi is bar slecht. Ontbijt was prima, de kamer ruim. Op de TV kon je alleen Slowaakse zenders ontvangen.'

'Hotel Lomnica is the absolutely top choice in High Tatras. Every single team member we met was, without fault, friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented. The state of the property is impeccable, and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Both cafe and restaurant offer exquisite fare (the price point is a bit higher but most definitely worth it). The room looked at the mountains, was spacious, and even featured a bath. Will most definitely come back!'

'We really enjoyed our stay in Aplend Kamzak apartments. Check in was smooth and fast, and we received a comfortable apartment with separate bedroom as booked. It had a small kitchenette, so we also could prepare some or our own meals. Cleaning is only once during your stay, but you can book extra cleaning for a fee. The attached restaurant served a good breakfast and we also had a nice dinner there. The village of Smokovec is small and everything is closeby, a small supermarket within 5...

'We verbleven hier 2 nachten met de bedoeling een dag te gaan wandelen in het Tatragebergte. Het hotel deed helaas zijn naam eer aan, Aquacity, want het regende zodanig hard, en wel de hele dag, dat we het wandelen maar uit ons hoofd hebben gezet. Gelukkig staat Aquacity ook voor de nodige zwembaden, zowel binnen als buiten met temperaturen van het water boven de 30 graden, sauna en fitnessmogelijkheden en daar hebben we volop gebruik van gemaakt. 'Very clean and spacious rooms, and a great power shower. It was super quiet when I was there which I prefer it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It's very convenient if you want to visit the high Tatras mountains, and also Aquacity park is around the corner.'

'Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.'

'Great hotel at great location to go hiking. Beautiful view and excellent kitchen. Would recommend it. Big negative is the jacuzzi they advertise in the pictures (the one with the great view)... they charge 100 euro per hour!!! We of course didn’t pay this, but we chose this hotel for that reason.'

'Positieve ervaring met twee min punten, nl. de verwarming op de badkamer stond d veel te hoog en kon niet afgezet worden. Er was nergens in de buurt, maar dan ook nergens een plaats waar we konden een ontbijt kopen. '

Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was unfailingly polite, friendly, and eager to assist. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Hotel Excelsior and would not hesitate to recommend it to family, friends, or anyone visiting the area. The combination of an ideal location, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch hospitality made it the perfect choice for my trip.
