'We were in Boston for graduation weekend, so we expected prices to be high. However, what we received for what we paid was extremely disappointing.
To begin with, parking was charged separately without this being clearly mentioned during booking. In addition, the staff at the lobby refused to receive an Amazon package for us and showed no intention of helping us to get our package.
The amenities are extremely outdated, and the property urgently needs maintenance and deep cleaning. We were not...

'First room I went in I had to request to be moved to a different room as it smelled like cigarettes and the sheets were dirty. Second room didn’t smell but the carpets were filthy so I kept shoes on as much as possible and bathroom did nit seem clean then I realized the next day the area around the toilet was dirty with urine. Disgusting place. '

'Love the location! This choice is highly walkable and is right next to the Charles River and its network of beautiful walking trails.
I had not stayed before but note the front desk is attended in the afternoon and evening but not in the morning. The management makes everything work very smoothly and I was not inconvenienced by this. There is a phone number to call if you arrive before the normal check in. '
