'For starters they used a different picture for the hotel front. The actual hotel is located in a different location from the map on Expedia. The room was full of roaches. It was my first time in Nairobi Kenya and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had with Expedia hotels. I want a refund.'

'The staff were able to receive me late at night. The staff also prepared breakfast early in the morning as I had requested. Their rooms were clean, and the beds had mosquito nets.
