'Front desk staff were awesome-I could only book a smoking room through Hotels.com, but they were able to get me into a non-smoking room (huge thanks!) and were so nice about it. We were there during the winter storm that shut down the airports for multiple days and our flights were getting delayed & canceled continually-they graciously extended our stay and honored discounts we received with the initial booking. Very impressed.
