« I never normally leave reviews however the team outdid themselves during my stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. « Great staff, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to others based solely on the engagement of the staff. Facility is outdated but very well kept and clean. They need to include full toiletries in the restrooms i.e. lotions, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. The garden is immaculate, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, totally worth it. Steam room and sauna were also very well kept. Would visit again. »
