Flats in Hot Springs Village

'Lovely condo. Very clean. Well stocked. Beautiful lake view. The only issue we encountered was actually prior to our arrival in which we reached out to the host twice with a question on the VRBO site and did not receive a response either time. Fortunately the question was not a big issue and did not impact our stay whatsoever. '

'The property pictures online lead you to believe it’s upscale property. Flooring was buckled and coming up in several places. Amenities were cheap and lacking. It definitely was not as clean as the other VRBO properties we have stayed at. The condo is really hard to find, when we called it was some guy that wasn’t even from the area so had no idea how to tell us to get there either. Moving forward, I will go back to VRBO listed properties and not those listed through vacasa on VRBO. '

'We had to change our plans due to the bad weather Hot Springs had. Jolynna went above and beyond to help us. We cant thank her enough. Condo was relaxing, well stocked. View of lake was amazing. Watching a blue heron land while sippy your morning coffee on the patio was a nice perk! '
