The outdoor spaces are where Lake It Easy really shines. Gather around one of the two gas fire tables on the patio for drinks and conversation, or head down to the waterfront for an evening around the lakefront fire pit, where you can enjoy s'mores, stories, and beautiful views right on the water.

With five bedrooms plus two sleeper sofas, there's plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax. Whether you're spending the day on the lake, battling it out over a game of pool, soaking in the hot tub, or gathering around the fire as the sun goes down, Lake It Easy gives you everything you need for the ultimate lake getaway.

Quiet, residential neighborhood with wooded lots and lake views. Close driving access to Lake Hamilton and recreational lakeshore activities. Downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row (historic spas, restaurants, museums) are a short drive; Oaklawn Racing & Casino and Garvan Woodland Gardens are also nearby attractions. The area is popular with visitors who want a calmer stay while still being minutes from hiking, mountain-bike trails, and the National Park.

Most guests use a car — the neighborhood is car-friendly and parking is typically available at private homes. Nearest commercial air service is at Hot Springs Memorial Field (HOT) for limited regional flights; the larger Little Rock airport (LIT) is commonly used for more flight options.

SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE
Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline.
