  • Cozy 1940's cottage, nestled in the heart of Hot Springs National Park. Enjoy the convenience of our location being minutes to downtown and just a few blocks to Oaklawn Event Center Racint & Casino. A short drive to any of our 3 lakes... Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine, and Lake Ouachita. So many Fabulous local restaurant's within the downtown area, along with some great local breweries and distillery's. Easy access with a door keypad. Please note, to access the backyard, u have to go out of the kitchen door. We have a open kitchen with all your basics, including pots pans, toaster, microwave, blender, wine and bar accessories and a stocked coffee bar( fresh ground and K-cups provided). We also have a seasonal waffle bar. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided, along with makeup towels.
    Wi-fi and Roku tv's ( u can log into your accounts) in the living space and both bedrooms. Cozy living space with plenty of seating. Washer/dryer with pods and dryer sheets. Plenty of drawers and closet space for each bedroom. Completely fenced back yard with a charcoal grill for your use and a patio table and chairs. There is a long second drive that can accommodations a boat or extra parking. Our carport is a dusk till dawn so no light switch

We enjoyed our stay at the Rose Cottage. It was clean and inviting, we felt like we were at home. They thought of everything, we will stay here again on our next visit to Hot Springs.

Beautiful home with lots of space, nice backyard for fur babies to stretch their legs, not far from the downstairs strip, casino, and restaurants, helps alot that it has a washer and dryer

This is a very cute house. Very clean, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed and more. It was very comfortable for us and our dog. We recommend Lisa as a host and and her beautiful home to anyone staying near Hot Springs National Park.

My stepmom and I stayed at this cottage as a getaway as my dad just passed away in November. The cottage was adorable, super clean, had all the things you need and then some. It was very close to downtown which was awesome. We will definitely stay here again. We loved it.

Clean, peaceful house for a getaway. We loved it. We love coming to Hot Springs and will stay at Rose Cottage again. I highly recommend. The Rose Cottage has everything you might need and even things you didn’t think of needing. I love the homey feel and all the decor. Great place to stay.

The quaint cottage was just the right place for our family. It was close to all the activities we had planned in the Hot springs area. The house was all it was billed and we had an exceptional stay.

Great location if you are visiting Hot Springs downtown and bathhouse row. Comfy beds, good amount of space, kitchen and coffee/tea bar very stocked, as well as a waffle station with all the fixings. Feels safe and the house is well thought out with all the little details that make you feel at home. Washer/dryer on the first floor right in the dining room closet well hidden. Tastefully decorated and homey. Highly recommend.

Family Reunion

Very comfortable accomodations. Easy location for downtown attractions. We met other family members (35) for a reunion at several larger VRBO's. I liked our place for quiet get away time
