The Boaty Hole is your peaceful and centrally located lake oasis. It is just a short walk to Chesswood plaza which has Mugshots Coffee and Boondocks Bar and Grill. You are also only a short drive from Oaklawn Race Track and Casino, Shopping, and lots of great restaurant options. Want to stay in? Enjoy beautiful views from the patio or sip drinks by the pool! Our Condo is dog friendly so feel free to bring those fur babies on vacation with you!

Lovely getaway!

We stayed for 3 nights in March over Spring Break and had a wonderful time! The property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. There was an incredibly view of the lake and downtown Hot Springs was a short drive away.

Everything was beyond our dreams.We go to Hot Springs quite often and have brought our pups before but this was a knew experience on the lake and close to everything.The detail to the condo made it like being at home.Everything you need is there and going in Clean and perfect.Beautiful view from the balcony and could go on and on but can’t wait till our next stay.5 Star rating😊❤️🐶🐶🐶

and SOOO much more!

We have stayed at several Hot Springs lake houses and condos over the last 20+ years, but nothing compares to our stay at the super dog friendly Boaty Hole! I packed everything we’ve always needed each year we go to Lake Hamilton, but this year I could have packed half the stuff! Need a XL blowup mattress? ✅ How about lake towels?✅ Dog dish/crate/toys? ✅ Boat slip with boat lift?✅. Regular size toiletries/dish and laundry soaps/wipes/cleaners/paper products?✅✅✅. I could go on and on. The owners went above and beyond to think of everything for this rental property. It ‘smelled’ like a new build and was clean and remodeled in modern finishes. We will definitely book this one again!

Clean & cozy

We came to watch our daughter perform in her Nationals Dance Competition at the Convention Center and we were very impressed by the way the condo looked. Dalton and Leia did a fantastic job with decor, cleanliness, and amenities! They were both very quick at responding to questions. The view of the lake was gorgeous We could not have asked for a more peaceful experience while enduring the busyness of competition.☺️

Cute condo for our weekend getaway.

This two bedroom, upstairs condo was just what we needed for our weekend getaway to see Hot Springs National Park with our pup. Clean, well appointed with a nice view of the waterway from the patio. Secured, gate access right of one of the main road, the condo was a short drive to downtown Hot Springs.

AWESOME!

My parents and I went for a long weekend to Hot Springs. This was their first time in a VRBO. We have visited the year for over 30 years. Always would stay at the Arlington Hotel. However that needs some major updating. I was a little nervous about it not being up to their expectations and we were arriving at 11:30 pm, so I was also worried about check in. CLEAN, CUTELY DECORATED, PET FRIENDLY (took my 8 year old morkie), EASY CHECK IN, GATED, able to EASILY COMMUNICATE WOTH OWNERS, STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING and FANTASTIC VIEW OF THE LAKE. It was really just great!!!!! Having two bathrooms was so clutch for us. It looks just like the pictures. The downstairs neighbor was great… friendly and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Everyone at the complex was so friendly. Thank you Dalton and Leia!

Arkansas retreat

First trip to Hot Springs with family for Spring Break and we decided to spend our evenings at Peekend getaway. Condo is well appointed and stocked with most things you would need away from home. We brought our own games, but there is a nice selection at the property. The beds are comfortable, and the space is roomy. Hot Springs is easy to get around in, so distance wasn’t really a factor for us while sightseeing. The only downside (definitely not a deal breaker for staying again) would be starting laundry and removing all trash from condo after paying a cleaning fee. I only mention this because we owned a large vacation rental through VRBO for years on Lake LBJ with busy summers and same day turns. Still really enjoyed our stay.
