« Quiet neighborhood. Great location! »

« Host was extremely responsive and took care of things very quickly. Nice king-sized bed, but not a king-sized blanket. Bedroom air conditioner was noisy, so we turned it on to cool the room down, then shut it off when we went to bed. Kitchen items were on the sparse side, but adequate. We turned the table in the kitchen sideways so that we could eat at it, which made it much for convenient. Cute place and we would stay there again. »

« Great house for a group of 6 with our dogs. It was incredibly pet friendly and had an amazing outdoor space. It’s very rare to find 3 bedrooms where everyone has a king bed and en suite bathroom, and the house had everything you could need for the weekend! Excited to make this annual trip! »

« This property was perfect for what we needed. We come to Ashland to attend the Shakespeare Festival and being in this location was perfect because it was only about a 15 minute walk. The property itself is beautiful and clean and had everything that we could’ve wanted. I believe that parts of the welcome manual should be sent to whoever reserves the property before hand because we were not told where to park when we got there, but we were able to figure it out. I would definitely reserve this...
