'The room was clean, but the pillows were few and lumpy. The parking is $25 per car, and the place is a bit run down. Lots of small fixes here and there within our room. The staff were very nice. The “two buck Chuck” being sold for $25 in the lobby was hilarious. Lots of people seemed to smoke right outside the doors and in the corridor to the parking area.'

'I enjoyed my stay overall. Breakfast buffet was good..loved fresh omelets. The room did not have a refrigerator and front desk associate barely looked up from her phone to state there were no extra ones to bring. The pool area was full of kids which was fine, but no one else could enjoy the pool plus the kids kept the floor outside elevators soaking wet..causing a fall hazard. Hotel should have something for them to dry their feet before leaving the pool area. Food at Ruth Chris was good..great...

'The staff was wonderful!!! Very helpful and hard working! The hotel itself is old, and the decor is a little weird, with a lot of pics of vials and pharmacy related things. Just a bit strange. The room was great, but just an old property.'

'When booking the public parking option was not clearly stated. If you don’t use the Valet option you are left to use public parking…that is all the website has to say or indicate and not show a price which infers that they offer valet and public spaces. Also, the walk from the garage in combination with the location of the room elevators make this location nothing short of a chore to access and maneuver.'
