Staff were very friendly and helpful except for someone named Bella, i dealt with her maybe 3 times and she was very rude, not helpful at all. Every time i asked her for help she said she would do it, but did absolutely nothing. All the other staff were very good though. Pritchards hotel 2 thumbs up except for Bella!!'

'The room is very comfortable with noise reduction and variable light settings and modern bathrooms. Staff is highly professional. I just love the convenience of late night bars and bistro to enjoy a beer at ground floor to catch up with old friends while the kids are asleep without having to leave them far behind. '

'We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to Sydney. The check in was smooth & the room was pretty spacious equipped with a large fridge & microwave. The place is close to all amenities & about half hour drive to the city. Dont think there are any elevators which was not an issue for us but could be for people with mobility concerns. Overall, a comfortable stay.'

'We arrived early with the intention of storing our luggage and venturing into Sydney (we had a car but we took the train to avoid Sydney parking fees: the train station was less than a 5 minute walk away and the train took us straight to Circular Quay, so perfect) but our room was already ready so we got a free early check in which was lovely.
