'The location is excellent, though the access roads are a bit challenging due to the property being situated high in the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent. The swimming pool is in a beautiful location.'

'Yes, the view is great, but only two rooms of this hotel have it. We got stuck in a room at the back (worst one is the one next to the main entrance and lobby) with a view of the staff path to the laundry room (ie no privacy) and without sunlight. The room was small and stuffy. The Hotel looks to be central on the map, but there is a long uphill road before you get to the hotel. Our Bathroom had the usual amenities, but clearly the hotel refills the bottles rather than supplying fresh...

'Great place to stay in Kandy! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and shower is great. Staff are true professionals and definitely want you to have a great stay. Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Great place to stay!'
