The Hopewell City Marina is only 7 minutes away, as well as several beautiful and peaceful parks located at City Point Historic District, if you`re wanting go for a walk or a bike ride along the beautiful and scenic Appomattox River. Only a 6 minute drive to the popular Beacon Theatre, which quite frequently has live music!
An automobile is recommended, and there is 1 dedicated off-street parking space located at the back of the house. Alternatively, there is a nearby bus station for those who prefer public transportation. Lyft and Uber ride sharing services are available here.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
