'Everything was basically good except there was no heat in the room'

'DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. '

'For the price we paid this is the lowest quality ever, they take advantage of the activities that are happening within the surrounding area.'

'The walls are made poorly. We can hear every sound and footsteps from above. The entry door needs a door sweeper. There was also a large gap between the bathroom door and the floor. Property should think of door sweeper for both bathroom and entry door. We cut our stay to just one night instead of two. I rather pay more money to sleep comfortable. The beds and pillows were not great. I was with my family and this was not pleasant.'

'Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

'At Homewood Suites by Hilton, Plymouth Meeting, PA ... • Thursday was a late check-in. The front desk was not manned; called the front desk number to see if staff would hear it. One staff member showed up about 15 minutes later. • Friday breakfast was "minimal" at best. No forks, coffee was out, and only fatty bacon was offered in the hot meal. Breakfast was closed about 1 hour earlier than advertised. Saturday breakfast was much better.'
