« Nice stay, even though we had a room close to the road so very noisy. The hotel was empty so I don't get why they put us in that room. Beach is nice with the water trampoline. One thing thought, you can't have breakfast before 8h30 minimum. staff arrive at 8h. »

« Wasn’t please with the stay, the yard has a funny smell, also the fan wasn’t blowing any breeze couldn’t stay there had to leave the same day. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Waste of time »

The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. The restaurants were not quite up to par with prior visits, but.... ...

« This location is easy to reach from Negril by West End taxi or by car. The property is spacious, peaceful, and quiet, with a breathtaking ocean view. There’s also a mini market and restaurant right across the road, which is very convenient. My room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi, a great TV, amazing AC, and a refrigerator. I had a room right in front of the pool, although the pool was closed for cleaning during my stay. There was a small issue with my breakfast not...
