« We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and good facilities. The room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa is very nice. Breakfast good. staff helpful. Tunbridge Wells is a lovely town and worth a visit. Lots of restaurants and bars and the Pantiles area is a pleasant 15 minutes walk either along the road or through the wooded area beside the road that also runs past ‘The Rocks’ and the cricket ground. »

« Tout etait bien »

« The place is just lovely, and the staff extremely nice. Special congratulation to Marc who manages everything in a professional way and with a smile. »

« The property had bags of character. The bar area was relaxed and welcoming and there was a cave in it too, which was brilliant. We had dinner the first night and the restaurant was very spacious and the food choices were great and very well presented and flavoured. We were visiting for a family wedding so we didn't get to spend much time in the hotel, but we...

« All my needs were met, plus, there was a fridge with proper milk in it for me. Also some breakfast foods and yoghurt, cereal, fruit and all hot drinks with a kettle. I had everthing I needed and had two very good night's sleep. I met the cleaner in the morning and she was extremely friendly and made sure I had my supplies replenished there and then. »

« Chambre avec un mur moisi, nettoyage approximatif. »

« It is an absolute disgrace to rent out rooms in such a disgusting state. Upon our arrival, the room had clearly not been cleaned: only the bedding and towels had been changed, but the rest was a horror show. The state of the bathroom was deplorable, with a pervasive smell of urine... which is hardly surprising, given that there were still traces of urine on the floor and around the toilet rim. There was hair left on the shower walls and on the floor. In the bedroom, the carpet was filthy with...

« Personnel accueillant et attentionné. Il faisait très très chaud et nous avons apprécié qu’un ventilateur soit déjà en marche dans la chambre. »
