'We checked in on July 3, 2026. Shortly after arrival, we took the elevator and immediately noticed there was no air conditioning. The elevator also became stuck and began trembling, which was very frightening. We repeatedly pressed the buttons to open the doors before they finally released. When we reached our floor, the hallway was also without air conditioning. 'DO NOT STAY HERE!! Disgusting, run down, has roaches , dirt in showers, entire place smelled like marijuana. We didn’t stay here had to find a new hotel at 11 at night . Place is unsafe lots of people hanging out in the lot up to no good. Pubic hairs in tub, gigantic brown stain ontop of top blanket on bed . The worst place I ever saw. The pool was filthy and closed by the board of health. Wasn’t usable.'

'Our room was in excellent condition when we checked in, and the desk staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. Breakfast was better than most - I got to eat something for we left for the day, and there was coffee and juice available. 'My Family and I had a great time. The staff was excellent. Dwayne, the chef was awesome. He was very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious- breakfast and dinner.
