Renovated ocean front

We loved this property. The condo has been recently renovated and it was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and has newer appliances. AC is available but we didn’t need to use it because of the winds and great airflow from the ocean. We loved sitting on the oceanfront lanai and were even able to use the binoculars in the condo for whale and spinner dolphin watching. Check in and check out was a breeze due to the keypad lock on the door.

The views!!!

From our balcony, we were treated to a daily spectacle of vibrant sunsets painting the vast ocean canvas – truly breathtaking. Our room was a haven of cleanliness and elegant decor, and the efficient AC provided a welcome respite, though the gentle sea breeze often sufficed. The location is ideal, placing us mere minutes from pristine beaches. The highlight? Observing sea turtles serenely drifting in the crystal-clear waters directly below our balcony, a magical and unforgettable sight. This is a truly special retreat.

Nice Stay - a little warm in the bedroom

Wonderful Views!

Just a great overall experience with this condo. Excellent views, close to shopping and food. Check in and out was a breeze and the complex was quiet and welcoming. We spent many mornings having coffee on the lanai and watching turtles glide by. Highly recommend!

Nice!

The condo is beautiful and faces the ocean. There’s a nice lanai that we spent a lot of our time on where we saw lots of turtles. The bedding was so comfortable! However, we were disappointed when we realized the “AC” was just a swamp cooler in the living room. The bedroom is too far away for the AC to reach, so it was HOT. AC was one of the key reasons we rented this specific condo. The internet would go out 90% of the time so it was useless. It was nice, but a little overpriced. I would definitely stay again if the price came down.

Beautiful views but expect to sleep hot

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary . Overall we think this place has an amazing view & great location to multiple island spots. Major downfall is the AC unit is in the front of the condo so the bedroom was SO HOT even with 2 fans going all day. My husband slept out in the living room just because of it. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed . The washer and dryer didn’t work well which caused us to have to re-use our towels daily instead of having clean ones. We tried to call the maintence line multiple times and no one would answer. Parking is tight as well so plan for that. I’d give this condo a 3.9/5.

Cozy Condo with an Incredible View!

This condo is exactly as pictured on the website. Its interior is recently updated and provided great kitchen appliances and fun beach decor. The bedroom and bed were quiet, spacious, and comfortable. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the condo. The most amazing perk was the lanai directly facing the ocean. We saw several whales, turtles, and a monk seal right in front of the unit. We definitely enjoyed the nightly sunsets from the quiet of our own space. We highly recommend this condo for couples wanting a peaceful place to stay.

Wonderful view

Location is great, easy up to Napili and down to Kaanapali. The view is fantastic and enjoyed whale watching and sunsets! Bed and bedding are comfortable and enjoyed the updated unit.

Such a wonderful homey place!

My boyfriend and I were first time visitors to Maui and the places to find to stay were overwhelming… we chose to stay here for several reasons we liked above others and overall we’re overjoyed with our pick! We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others! It’s a beautiful place, reasonably priced, right next to some amazing beaches, food and activities, and everything was handled so smoothly.

Fantastic Maui Retreat with Modern Decor, Ocean Views, and Exceptional Management!

Probably the best Maui place I’ve ever stayed. Great location, great view and great unit! Maui Paradise Properties (manages the unit) was great and very responsive. The unit itself, just like the pictures…very modern decor and design and a fantastic ocean view (see attached pics)…plus all the amenities one would need. Danny (the resident manager) was also very friendly and informative. I also loved the two gas grills right there by the beach. Also saw a ton on crabs by the shoreline, a few turtles and a couple of amazing eels! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for sure.

Great oceanfront stay

We loved staying here. The location is fabulous and the space was beautifully remodeled. The only thing that would make it better would be a lounge chair on the lanai. We will definitely be back to this space!

Great condo!!

Loved this condo! Great location with beautiful view of the ocean. We watched whales every single morning it was amazing. Condo was completely redone and the kitchen was awesome. Check in was easy and management communicated with me promptly. I would definitely book here again!

Oceanfront Property!

If you want to do some whale-watching right from your lanai or fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves, then stay here! The unit was nicely updated. Great location, and the view is fabulous. A great ocean-front location. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location ,stunning sunsets saw whales almost daily ,sea turtles along shore line

Fully equipped starter samples, beach chairs , cooler, grills to use . Dishwasher. Washing machine and dryerRented a car loaded up at Costco close to airport ! 45 min drive to condo.7 miles to Lahaina .Hope to come back you won’t be disappointed beautiful!!

Perfect

This is a perfect property to stay in during whale watching season. There is a set of binoculars in the unit, but I recommend taking your own as well, so you don’t have to share with your spouse. The unit looks to be recently updated. They have all of the cookware you might need to prepare meals. The bed is comfortable. We spent many hours on the lanai taking in the view, and watching the sunset nightly. The complex has a nice little pool area, which is on the parking lot side of the structure. It is enclosed with beautiful Hawaiian shrubs and flowers. On the ocean side, there is a large grassy area with plenty of lounge chairs. We enjoyed watching the turtles who frequented the water in front of the condo. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot

This was a newly renovated beautiful condo that had a drop dead gorgeous view. Spectacular sunsets and thundering waves. Saw lots of whales too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Peaceful Stay

We really enjoyed staying here. This is a perfect play to stay for those wanting a peaceful retreat away from resort hype. There is a nice market 5 min away that we went to several times; great way to save money too.

Glorious views, comfy, quiet, relaxing

Our stay at this property was absolutely delightful! Walk in the front door and look straight ahead for A direct view of blue sky and ocean that you’d expect to pay much more for. The layout and furniture were as shown on the Website. An open-Landscape living room and kitchen. Seating for 4 at a round glass-topped table, although we pulled in a chair from the balcony to seat 5 when we had dinner there for family. The kitchen had enough dishes, pots, pans and utensils for all our needs. They even had a bottle of olive oil we used for one of our dinners. Thoughtful. Inside, the bed and separate bedroom was outstanding - bed felt new and good quality. Lots of room to stash clothing and belongings while you stay — especially convenient when you stay for more than a few days. Everything felt fresh and new. The laundry, near the bedroom, has full sized washer and dryer, well-maintained.. We had fEasy access to sit with the view from a perch at their rocky beach, or go down to the barbecue grills and look at the sunset over the sea wall while you grill. The sparkling pool had only the occasional swimmer, very quiet. Sandy beaches are only a few minutes away on the highway. It’s on the second floor with elevator access although we always used the stairs. The location, in north Lahaina, is walking distance to a gym where you can get a week or a month of membership to use it. Easy drive to Lahaina town. Golfing is nearby, as it’s between Kaanapali and Kapalua. We were visiting in January, the rainy season, and we still loved our stay and saw plenty of sun! A great place. I hope you get an opportunity to stay there!

promised rebate

We were informed about 3 to 4 weeks before we were due to take residency that building would be undergoing roof repairs. We were given the option of a full refund or to continue on and we would receive a thirty per cent rebate. We chose to continue on. I contacted the property manager via email after our stay and requested the rebate. I have since heard nothing from them.
