« We stayed at this hotel last weekend and it’s our understanding that it has only recently opened. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available.
