'Couldn't be happier! The house was exactly as described in the listing. Lots of space, super clean, and the host was very welcoming and responsive. There were seven kayaks and two paddleboards available and enough paddles for each. The location was perfect! Just a short paddle from hospital hole. We took a day to paddle to the springs state park, and all of us will remember that day forever. If you're looking for a place on the springs, you should stop looking. '

'We had such an amazing experience here at your place! Upon arriving, I was a little taken back because it “looked” so small. BUT, as soon as I opened the door, I was blown away by the presentation! The ambience- from the gentle music playing on the television (like a five star hotel), the cleanliness, the decorations, the neutral colors, and most importantly the smell! Oh how lovely! It was more than enough space for our family of three! (even a family of 4) The linen smelled exceptionally...

'The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

'Great location. Easy paddle to Hospital Hole. Kitchen was well equipped with some starter spices, pots, bowls, etc. A floating mat that my nephews had a blast on! Several kayaks, paddles & life jackets for use.The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!'

'The location was excellent, the lake serene and relaxing. The cottage pictures were probably taken a while ago, but still reflect a comfortable place to get away from busy schedules and demands of city life. We tried fishing from the dock, unsuccessfully. Didn’t use the kayaks and canoe available because there isn’t a ramp or launching pad, though there is the one a mile away, if you can strap the kayak to your car’s roof. '

'Cute little place, had everything we needed. Little firepit, private dock with canoes and fishing poles. We really enjoyed the direct water access to the small lake. There were some ground hornets while launching the boat which we informed owner of so they can address that. Owner was very responsive to questions. I was a little nervous about the neighborhood driving in but nobody bothered us. The entire property was fenced so my pup could enjoy the yard with privacy fence on the 2 sides. It’s...

'This property is all that it advertises. We could not be more happy with our choice to stay. The house and property are quiet and relaxing. We loved hanging out on the dock during the day and evening. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring north and south of this river front cabin. '

'The cottage was very nice and clean! It appeared larger than the pictures. The fenced yard was great for pup! Kitchen adequately stocked, no crockpot, but we knew that before going. No issues with a 24’ boat out back, as long as you have lines & fenders. Needed to launch and park trailer else where. Close to the spring! Mike was quick to respond with communication. Great food at the Freezer and Margarita Grill. The Ice cream Barr was amazing. We had a fun time! Thank you!! '
