'This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59...

'The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. '

'Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.'

'Everything was great. Perfect location for skiing and relaxing. The cabin had everything you need it was a perfect weekend '

'Great house right on the lake, the only thing that I did not like was all of the spiders in the house! Saw Atleast 20.. probably more. I definitely did not sleep good that night. It might be common for lake houses to have a lot of creepy crawlers being so close to water, not sure but that would be my only complaint. Host was great with communication and the check in/check out process was clear and easy.'

'Location was great. Property is updated in bathrooms but kitchen and outside is in disrepair and needs attention.'
