'When we first walked into the hotel, I was struck by the smell of the spa. The hotel ws very well decorated and beautiful. We had come to Mission Viejo from Arizona for my sister's funeral. The hotel offered comfort and beauty, so restful. Our room was so wonderful. We had an ADA room which was perfect. The restaurant was great too. Christian made sure that we didn't need anything. By the way, the Asian salad was super delicious.'

'I’m not easily pleased or impressed when it comes hotels but this hotel and staff were wonderful! First the young lady who checked us in was very sweet. We were there for a basketball tournament for a few days and she gave my daughter a little snack pack for each day. The rooms were clean and I loved the outdoor area. It had a free laundry, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, and bbq pits with seating areas. It was so peaceful sitting out there and just relaxing. They also offered free breakfast...

'Clean, compact rooms with all of the amenities. Surprise parking fee of $7 per night in an ample lot in a semi suburban setting so it seems like a money grab. Otherwise no objections.'

'The property was extremely clean and the staff were ALL so courteous, friendly, helpful and amazing. The kitchen was well equipped; however, it would be nice to have a small bottle of dish soup provided for those of us who prefer to wash dishes by hand as we only used a bowl and spoon once in awhile. We were provided with one dishwashing machine soup packet for over a week's stay. The bathroom was very clean and hot water was plentiful. Amenities were okay, but I'm glad I brought my own...

'Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.'

'Staff was nice, breakfast was far below expectation. Parking is paid at this location, while it's just a quiet area with only businesses, no shops or restaurants. Parking used to be free/included. Even though the name suggests differently, this place is far away from the Irvine Spectrum mall, for sure not walking distance. I used to come at this place regularly but I will go to another place next time when I need to be in the area,'

'The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated.'
