Welcome to Beach and Boat House, a gorgeous canal-front vacation home with stunning water views and a private dock that can accommodate a boat up to 25ft. This four-bedroom and four-bath pet-friendly getaway has fantastic amenities and is less than five minutes from the pristine Gulf of Mexico. Guests can split their time swimming at the beach, casting a line on the Bay, or enjoy both from the comfort of the backyard!

Walking up the stairs to the main floor, you'll be greeted into a bright living space with tall ceilings and a cozy sectional and tv perfect for relaxing with friends and family. The kitchen has custom countertops, stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and island seating. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and to the left is the formal dining room and downstairs is an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill. Additionally, there are two balcony seating areas, one overlooking the pool and a screened-in lanai with a bistro table.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the well-appointed bedrooms with luxury bedding and crisp linens. On the third floor is the spacious primary bedroom with a tv and ensuite bathroom with a unique double vanity, walk-in shower, and a spa-like tub. The second bedroom boasts a private balcony for guests to relax in the breeze and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs are the last two bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature balcony access and ensuite bathrooms.

-Second bedroom, 3rd floor: Queen bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

-Fourth bedroom, 2nd floor: Two twin beds, tv.

Guests can take a refreshing dip in the pool, relax in the in-ground spa, or unwind in the hammock. For those who love to be on the water, they can put on their captain's hat and set sail in their favorite watercraft. While enjoying the water, guests can marvel at the reflection on the water surface, watch the fish jumping, herons and pelicans flying by, and even spot dolphins and manatees swimming! 4 cars are able to park on the driveway at this home. There is also room for a boat or guest cars near the driveway as well. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
