Before booking: Perico Bay Club requires a minimum stay of 30 nights. This is a long-stay property — ideal for snowbirds, seasonal visitors, and remote workers settling into the area for a month or more. If a shorter stay is what you need, IVP has weekly rental properties on Anna Maria Island that may be a better fit.

This second-floor condo sits inside the secure gates of Perico Bay Club on the Bradenton mainland, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway with broad views of Cortez and the south end of Anna Maria Island. The glass-enclosed porch captures that view from inside — a comfortable, year-round outdoor space that works in any weather. High vaulted ceilings in the living area open the space up considerably for a two-bedroom unit.

The community amenities are the strongest in the portfolio for a long-stay guest: multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and a fitness center — everything needed for a month-long stay without leaving the complex. A one-car garage is included with the unit, with additional open guest parking in front of the building.

Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sleep four comfortably. Two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for a month of meals at home.

Anna Maria Island's beaches, restaurants, and shops are a 2-mile drive — close enough for daily visits, far enough to feel genuinely removed from the tourist activity when you want quiet.
