Cottages in Holmes Beach

'I have never written a negative review in the dozens of vacation rentals we have stayed. But i could not let this go. Upon arrival the refrigerator was unplugged. contacted the host and she said a new 1 was supposed to be delivered earlier. i replied why was i not told as it takes hours for cool down for foods to be safe. I waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery. No ice maker or ice trays in new frig. the door code was broke, only 1 key. Front door very hard to open even delivery men had trouble. paint...

'This studio was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The just was very responsive, and the property was very clean. We arrived after dark, and had to look around a bit to find the right unit (front of the office bldg.), but the host was available to assist. Good amenities and proximity to Lido Beach/ St. Armand Circle.'

'We love staying at this nice cozy beach house! It's so close to the beach. And such a nice quiet location!'

'Really nice place to stay and host communication was excellent '

'The “TikiHut” was a cute 1 bedroom with everything we needed, including a great screened-in-porch to relax. We hung out at the pool, used the outdoor grill and seating, were able to wash clothes as needed, and there were kayaks available too. It was easy to get around by the Breeze free trolley. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here!'

'Great location! Perfect spot to park your car the day you arrive and not use it until you leave. Beach access is across the street and it was a nice walk to and from Siesta Key Village. Clean property, spacious, and easy process. I was worried about parking but it wasn’t an issue. Had two spots and it fit two SUVS.'
