Welcome to The Blue Chill! This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Nestled in a serene waterfront location, it features a pool, hot tub and private dock!

Step inside to discover a spacious, open-concept living area with stylish furnishings and abundant natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Each of the four beautifully appointed bedrooms promises restful nights, with the master suite as well as a first floor bedroom boasting its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience, in addition to the other two rooms and third bathroom.

Outside, the fun starts with our stunning saltwater pool along with a hot tub, designed for ultimate relaxation. The pool features a gentle slope from the shallow end, which is 3.5 feet deep, gradually increasing to a more spacious 4.5 feet in the deep end. This thoughtful design ensures a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for everyone, whether you’re lounging in the shallows or taking a refreshing dip in the deeper waters. The saltwater system not only provides a silky-smooth swimming experience but also offers a more gentle alternative to traditional chlorine pools, making it ideal for sensitive skin. In addition to the pool and hot tub, our deck space provides stunning views and direct access to the dock, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water. Everything was perfect. The home was well stocked (bonus was the gift basket!), incredibly clean and had everything we wanted (especially on a day after the beach where we got unexpectedly sunburnt during our stay in December- and sure enough, we found aloe in the pantry). Amazing Stay

We had the best time! The home is exactly as described, very clean, and literally everything we needed! The owner thought of everything! We were welcomed with a very thoughtful gift basket that immediately made us feel right at home! The pool & Hot Tub are amazing and those sunsets are spectacular! We got to watch the dolphins play one morning while lounging in the pool! This home is very pet friendly, there is even a cabinet with Doggy supplies making it so comfortable having our pup with us! Our entire experience was 10 out of 10!

Pictures do not show how spacious this home is. We had 6 adult family members together for one week and never felt cramped for space. We thoroughly enjoyed time indoors and on the back patio, in pool and on dock. Caught a variety of fish. Saw dolphins and sea turtles near the dock and beautiful sunrises over the river. Created lots of memories and had everything we needed. Beautiful home with easy check in and out, prompt communications, no issues and will definitely return.
