This house/property is nicely laid out and spacious if youhave a larger group. Lots of space to spread out! It is also in a great location as our party explored Holland, Grand Haven, West Olive, etc. The grocery stores were pretty convenient also. The house seemed a bit more "worn" than the pictures show, but all in all, very decent and Angela was an attentive host.

Family weekend getaway

Rented for my daughter's family weekend at Grand Valley State. This oasis gave us just what we needed. Plenty of space and lots of things to do. We had a group of 13 and everyone enjoyed it. Angela was amazing. Got information to us really fast and was extremely helpful.

Great place with awesome fishing pond

We had an excellent stay again this year. The kids had a great time fishing on the dock. House has plenty of space with lots of amenities. And our host Angels is always easy to get a hold of and talk to.

Beautiful and roomy home

Our group of 8 adults, a teen, and two small children were very comfortable and had space to spread out. The basement was great for the small kids to have their own space. Big highlights are the kitchen and deck! Our only disappointment was not being able to use the amazing yard due to it being a goose dropping minefield, but I suppose that’s to be expected with a pond nearby. We also loved the beach gear and games. Great family vacation!

Beautiful house.

the property was amazing. We had young boys and having the pier, ping pong, and areas to run was wonderful. Lots of space for the sleeping many. It would have been nice to have 1 more full bath. So many extras were in the garage available for use and the kitchen had its of pluses too.

Group golf trip

Decent size group of 16 guys checking out the area for golf. Great location as it’s only 15 mins from American Dunes in grand Haven. House is spacious. Could have fit more guys. But felt like we had ample space that we weren’t on top of each other. Nice patio/deck with grill that allowed us to just hang outside, cook and enjoy spending time with each other. House is modern and clean with everything else you can ask for entertainment for a group.

Amazing Family Get-away!

From the moment we drove up to the property, we all kept saying, “This is better than we ever expected!”, and we kept saying it throughout our stay at Dashy’s Destination. Angela was always available and accommodated our needs for extra beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. even before we arrived. She stayed in touch throughout our visit. The property is set on a vacation wonderland that’s ready for lots of memory making! We had a large group with lots of interests and there was something for everyone- kayaks, games, arcade games, quiet time at the pond, beach time, s’mores around the campfire, cozy naps (we loved the mattresses!), basketball, and more! Every person had a great time! We also loved the size of the home, in that everyone also had their own space. It was a trip to remember, and this incredible home and property were a large part in making that happen. We definitely recommend!

Great property with fishing

Great property and house with plenty of space for everyone. Angela always has a lot of additional items for use on her properties (beach chairs, towels, kiddie pools and other kids toys, and all kinds of games and activities). The pond was great as kids spent a lot of time fishing and playing in sand!

Love the outdoor space

Great property for large family gathering! Angela has thought of everything you might need to stay at the property and have plenty to do. We also took advantage of nearby Pickleball courts, golfed, and went to parks for sunset over Lake Michigan. Great location and very nice, comfortable house for all of us.

Great Accommodations

Our family of 14, from infant to age 75, found this house met all of our needs and expectations. There were many amenities throughout, from an extra baby monitor to everything you need at the beach. Also games for every age indoor and out. Beaches were close and other attractions within 15 minutes. We had a great time!

Wonderful family vacation!

Great home for a large family of all ages! Angela was MORE than accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Plenty of blankets and extra pillows - even baby gates for the little! Kayaks, beach volleyball, beach gear
.plenty to do! Even a giant blow up water slide! Kitchen could use some additional cookware but other than that, we loved our stay. Highly recommend

Family get together

Our children and grandchildren (18 total) stayed very comfortably at this property. Just as advertised with plenty of games and activities to keep all of the grandkids happy. We did lots of fishing with great results. Perfect place for our gathering! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

WONDERFUL!!!

Where do i begin? The property is beautiful, the host couldn’t be more gracious, and it had all the amenities that made my family vacation amazing. We had 20 people ranging in ages from my 84 year old mother to a 5 year old great grandchild. Everyone had a blast. The kitchen is spacious and made meal prep easy for a large group. Especially loved the 2 sinks and now everyone in my family now wants a warming drawer!!! Bedrooms on all 3 levels of the house so it was quiet enough to get good rest when the time came. We noticed a couple small holes in the umbrellas on the deck, and Angela immediately ordered new ones and they were there the next day! Playground was great for the little ones. Tiki bar area was a favorite place for everyone to gather and socialize. Highly recommend for large family groups like mine 👍👍

Nice location

Stayed here for my daughter’s college graduation weekend and walked in to a congratulations cookie basket that Angela left for my daughter. Very nice. Plenty of room for all of my family and friends.

Wonderful house for thanksgiving

We really enjoyed the house. It was well equipped, spacious with plenty to do for the kids. Like other reviewers have said, the photos don’t do it justice! I highly recommend this rental.

Angela is a great host always available and helpful she truly goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have everything they need during their stay. The property is better than the pictures and is always super clean and spacious. We’ve hosted our second healing retreat at Angela’s home and everyone loves the home every time. Girls Getaway

Seven old gals got together for our annual girls getaway. This house served our purposes very well. We each had our own bedroom and the beds were all very comfortable and the linens were nice. We had plenty of room to spread out - the spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and deck (overlooking a lovely pond) provided many options for relaxing and catching up. The kitchen was adequately stocked. Although the property is quite rural, it is just a short drive to Saugatauck, Holland, Grand Haven and Grand Rapids, all of which we visited during our stay.
