Cozy home in Højby with WiFi

Inviting and cozy cottage close to one of Denmark's best bathing beaches with dunes and miles of sandy beaches on a 1500 m² nature plot. When you sit here on the terrace, you can see the dunes and hear the roar of the sea. In the house there is a good kitchen, a dining room as an extension of the living room with fireplace and exit to a covered and an open terrace. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, three bedrooms, one of them with exit to the open terrace. The house is situated on a natural plot of almost 1,500 m² with heather and older conifers. The nature is beautifully marked by the influences of the ice age on the landscape. For anglers the area is a paradise, but it is also not far to Havnebyen, the only real fishing port in Odsherred, where you can buy fresh and freshly smoked fish. You drive fifteen minutes to Sommerland Sjælland with countless attractions for children and the young at heart. All the way out on Gniben, the tip of the headland of Zealand, you can fish and walk around the entire peninsula on the beach. You can also walk on the grounds of the artillery school. Nearby are three golf courses, the Odsherred Zoo in Asnæs and the 13th century Dragsholm Castle, where a white ghost is said to haunt, beautifully set in the nature of Nekselø Bay, where there is also plenty to do in terms of culinary delights. Also visit the trading town of Nykøbing with its charming pedestrian street with interesting stores and cafes, or visit Rørvig and enjoy the atmosphere in the harbor where you can buy freshly caught or smoked fish every day while your children catch crabs from the pier.
