« It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. « The property served our needs for a one night stay in Caroga Lake. Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare. We had no wireless service in the area and the host did not provide very good directions. As we had no cell phone service, we could not call the host. We ended up going to the pist office and we were fortunate that a gentleman who was picking up his mail helped direct us to the unit otherwise we would have never found it. « Hôtel qui avait l’air vraiment miteux à notre arrivée par son look extérieur pratiquement en décomposition, mais nous avons été vraiment surpris car les chambres ont été complètement rénovées. D’après moi ils ont manqué de budget car il restait seulement le bain qui était vieux….lol tout était bien à part le fait que c’était très humide dans la chambre, les serviettes de douche ne séchaient pas entre les journées. »

« Great place to stay! It worked out perfectly for me and my niece. Got a pocket full of diamonds. Although being 60 the stairs were quite a climb, especially coming from Florida where I haven’t used steps in years lol. Melanie was awesome and very accommodating. I would recommend staying there. It was cute and quaint. »
