Villa Impala: Luxury vacation home in South African bush

Villa Impala welcomes its guests from early January 2020. This new 6-person villa is situated on a very large plot of approximately 16,500 m2 and is located on Zandspruit Bush & Aero Estate. The villa is equipped with every luxury and comfort. All windows are extra high, so that you also feel at one with nature. The house has an extra large swimming pool. Giraffes, impalas, nyalas, zebras, vervet monkeys and many other non-dangerous animals can spontaneously surprise you with a visit.



The owners love design and comfort and have done everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is among other things equipped with an oven, oven / microwave and an induction hob, fridge and a Nespresso machine. In the utility room there is an American fridge with which you can make ice cubes as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.



You will have the opportunity to eat indoors at the glass table or to sit at the table on the covered patio with an outdoor braai (BBQ) that can also be used as a fireplace. Then there is the Boma (fire place) with braai, where you can enjoy a campfire in the evening in nature. Or you can drink a glass on one of the lovely lounge sofas on the covered terrace or indoors, stretched out on the couch by the TV and fireplace. There are fans both inside and outside that provide a wonderful cooling. In addition, there is excellent wifi in and around the house.



The master bedroom has a Kingsize XL bed and has a bathroom ensuite with bath, double sink, comfortable shower and separate toilet. From the bedroom you can step under the outdoor shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a Kingsize XL bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 box spring beds that can also be made up as a Kingsize XL bed with a topper. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have their own bathroom with double sinks, shower, toilet and outdoor shower. All bedrooms have a beautiful view of nature and have lots of cupboard space, a dressing table and air conditioning.



The extra large private swimming pool has comfortable sun beds. The heated swimming pool is equipped with a jet stream, so that you can swim endlessly against the current. The swimming pool has a ‘Martiniseat’ with a magnificent view. Experience the setting African sun with a sundowner.



Within 10 minutes you are in the charming village of hoedspruit where there are several fantastic restaurants, supermarkets, a variety of shops and a gas station. In the vicinity you can enjoy, among other things, Big 5 Game Drives and Walks, The Panaroma Route, the Blyde River Canyon and the Kruger Park.
